Booty Lifters

This is one of my FAVORITE exercises for lifting that booty!
The great thing about this exercise is its versatility. I prefer to use the free bar, but if you find this is too heavy for you (it's 45 pounds), you can use dumbbells of a weight of your choosing.
While holding the bar on your shoulders, or holding a dumbbell in each hand, start in a lunge position. After kneeling into a lunge, bring your back leg up to really target those glutes.
Don't worry about kicking high, you do not want to strain your lower back. Just a slight kick with your back leg will target the lower booty and really lift it. I prefer to do 10-12 sets with each leg.
You will really feel the burn with these!!
