Elevated Sumo Squats

A great way to round and lift your booty is through elevated sumo squats. I like to use these "step-ups" for a good elevation, and I stand with my feet wider than shoulder-width a part. Using a weight is optional, as you will still get the benefits of this exercise by just using your body weight - but I like to go a bit further and use a 20-30 pound kettlebell.
I try to do about three sets until failure. Meaning, do as many reps as you can until your legs feel like jello three times. These will burn like you won't believe, but they work.
